Soak is a unique worship experience designed to express thanks to God and to listen for his direction. Acoustic worship is featured but is not led. Some people listen to the words and allow God to speak to them through the music. Some sing. Others read scripture or pray. The choice is yours.

Pastors, Here's a brie explanation of Soak and why I believe it would be a blessing to your congregation. Thanks in advance for watching.
Worship music differs from one church to the next. Soak does it's best to present music most conducive to the audience at hand. From old hymns to the latest in contemporary choruses, there is something for everyone.

What is SOAK?
It’s not easy to describe. Soak is an INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE conducted in a congregational setting. It means different things to differing folk. Please allow me to use a number of terms to provide a better understanding of Soak.
Soak is an EVENT. When possible, Soak utilizes live, acoustic worship. The structure is intentionally informal and while it has a starting point, it does not have a preconceived agenda. It’s not a church service in that it is not “led”. Soak creates an ATMOSPHEREin which a number of individual expressions of connecting to God may take place. Some people choose to read scripture while others close their eyes and listen to AMBIENT WORSHIP. Others pray, still others listen to God speak to them. Some sing along with the worship, others choose to kneel or even pace the room as they wait on God, still others journal their thoughts. The only thing required is that we respect the individuality of others and do not provide a distraction.
Soak provides other benefits to the local church as well. Soak is an EXPERIMENT. Soak allows church leadership to consider how people respond when prayer is not orchestrated or worship moves beyond three choruses and a hymn. Soak also provides the pastor a safe OPPORTUNITY to TEST the willingness of congregants to give something new a chance. Furthermore, the success or failure of Soak may be limited to a para-church ministry thus allowing the local pastor the ability to “add-to” ministries of the church without the fear of eliminating traditions or other existing priorities.
Finally, Soak is a GIFT. It is my ministry to pastors and congregations and is offered without expectation or hidden agenda.
What SOAK is not:
Soak is not a PERFORMANCE or a CONCERT. The role of the leader of Soak is to provide an atmosphere in which congregants may focus on what the Holy Spirit wants to do in their lives at that moment.
Soak is not a MANIPULATION: Soak comes to the Church without agenda. Soak does not seek to cheerlead people into praise. Soak is a means…but it’s not a means to an end. The end is truly up to the individual and God’s direction.
A BOTHER: Soak seeks to be self-contained and does its best to avoid adding more work to the Pastors plate.
